Three days are not enough for live Florence, but can permit you to visit the city with more relax. Spend more time into the church and museums and have a bit of shopping.

1° day: North

Tour: from
the Train Station go in direction south for few metres since Piazza
Unità d'Italia (there is an obelisc). on your Left there
is the Abside of the Church of Santa Maria Novella.
Circle the church for visit it. After the visit come back to the
obelisc Via del Melarancio. You will arrive in Piazza San Lorenzo,
in which there is the Church of San Lorenzo (the
front part of the church it was never builded) and the Cappelle
Medicee. Take the road in front of the church and you will
be in Via Martelli. on your left corner there is Palazzo
Medici Riccardi. The church on your right is San Giovannino
degli Scolopi. Turn left and go straight on direction North. You
will arrive in the Piazza San Marco. Here there
is the omominum church and monastery, with the Painting of Beato
Angelico, and an ancient library. Cross the square (the church is
on your left) and take Via Ricasoli, direction south (turn right).
on your left there is the entrance for the Accademia. Here there
is the original copy of David di Michelangelo and
the Prigioni (the prisoners, some sculptures which
"try to escape from the marm)
At the exit from Accademia, take Via Ricasoli in direction North. Turn right at the first road (Via Battistini) and you will arrive in Piazza Santissima Anunziata. on your left there is the Marian Church of Santissima Annunziata. In front, in the square it is open the portico of ex-orfanotropy: ospedale degli Innocenti, made from the project of Bruneleschi and with the medallion decoration by Andrea della Robbia. Take the ospedale degli Innocenti on left and take Via dei Servi.
You will have in front of you the back of Duomo. Circle the Duomo in direction north (have the Duomo on your left) to take a look to the Battistero.
Circle the Battistero and take Via Roma. Reach Piazza della Repubblica. Cross the square direction west (right coming from Duomo). Take Via Strozzi. on the second road on your left there is Palazzo Strozzi
2° day: South

Tour: from the Train Station go in direction south and take Via dei Panzani and then Via dei Cerretani. Reach the Duomo. Stay with the Duomo on your right and Battistero on your left and take the road in front of you. This is Via Calzaiuoli. At the right corner there is the Loggia della Misericordia. Follow Via Calzaiuoli. After two corner on your right there is the church of orsanmichele, with some statues around. This church have maintained it's original aspect of a market. Go on in Via dei Calzaiuoli and you will arrive in front of Palazzo Vecchio. At the left of Palazzo Vecchio there is a beautiful Fountain of Neptune. This fountain is called "Biancone" (the big white) from Florentine people which didn't love, from when it's made, the bigger statue. At the right there is the Loggia dei Lanzi (or Loggia d'orcagna)in which there are conserved some beautiful statues. From the Palazzo Vecchio and Loggia d'orcagna, there is the Galleria degli Uffizi. Pass in the middle of Galleria degli Uffizi and reach the Arno river. In front of you there is the Ponte Vecchio Cross the ridge end reach Palazzo Pitti. U-turn and cross again the Ponte Vecchio. Go straight on in Via Por Santa Maria. At the middle of the street there is the Porcellino Market. Having the market on your left and the Arno river on your back, turn right ad came back to Piazza della Signoria. Take the road from Palazzo Vecchio end the Fountain of Neptune. At the first road turn left. You will arrive in front of Bargello, the old Florence Justice Palace. Come back and take the 3rd road on the left: Borgo dei Greci. Go on and you will arrive in front of Piazza Santa Croce. In this Square, in some days of the year, is played the "Calcio Storico Fiorentino" (Historical Florence football). In front the beautiful Church of Santa Croce in which there are some tomb and monuments.
3°day: relax and shopping

Shopping Streets
Tour: from the Train Station go turn in Piazza Santa Maria Novella. Streight on taking Via delle Belle Donne. At the first road turn right in Via del Moro. You will arrive in Piazza Goldoni. Take Via della Vigna Nuova, one of the most famouse and rich shopping street in Florence. At the end, this street arrive in Via Tornabuoni. Follow this street from south to north: you will find the famouse italian signature shops. At the end on the street, direction north, turn right and take Via de' Pecori. The 3rd street on your right is Via Roma. After Piazza della Repubblica follow Via Calimala. A the end it's open the Porcellino Market, where is possible to by leader accessories.
on the south part of the market there is a little bronze wild boar (the "porcellino", little pork). Give it a caress on is snout: it' give you gook lack!
Follow Por Santa Maria street. Here you can find old laces and embroidery shops. A the end there is Ponte Vecchio, famous for it's jewelrys.
If you want relax yourself in the green, arrive since Palazzo Pitti and reach the Boboli Garden (the entrance is on the left of the Palace). You can spend nice and relaxing ours in Medici park.
If you prefer carry on your shops tour, U-turn and from Por Santa Maria arrive in Piazza della Signoria. Now you can choose two different tour.
1- Take Via Calzaiuoli since the Duomo. Than turn left, under the Battistero and take Borgo San Lorenzo here tere are open shops and markets about leather and silk accessories, curtains and souvwenirs.
2- Looking Palazzo Vecchio take the left road: Borgo dei Greci. Streight on since Piazza Santa Croce. In Borgo dei Greci street there are a lot of leader shops. At Piazza Santa Croce Turn left in Via Verdi. At the end of the street, turn right in Via Pietrapiana. At the middle of the street there is an antique dealing market and around the market some laboratories in which is worked the wood and wickers.
