A Casa Di Olga
Located on the first floor of a 19th century town house and just outside the historical centre of Florence, A Casa di Olga offers four fully renovated apartments with all the modern comforts. A Casa di Olga is a short walk away from the business hub of the city (Fortezza da Basso Exhibition Centre and the Florence Conference Centre), as well as the historical centre of Florence with its world famous museums and attractions. Also within walking distance are Santa Maria Novella Central Rail Station and the public parkings of the Fortezza da Basso and Santa Maria Novella. A Casa di Olga is also easily accessible from the motorways and Florence Airport. A Casa di Olga consists of two two-bedroom apartments and two one-bedroom apartments. The one bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 4 people and feature, as well as a double room, a sofa bed in the living area. Similarly the two bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 6 people with the option of the sofa bed in the living area. The apartments are spacious, luminous and roomy, each featuring their own bathroom/s, kitchen, broadband connection, TV and air conditioning. In addition the two bedroom apartments feature a dishwasher, washing machine and a balcony overlooking an attractive town garden. Where we are

HOW TO REACH US! A Casa di Olga is situated just outside the historical part of Florence in close proximity to S. Maria Novella rail station and the main amenitities of the city. Find out the best way to get to our apartments depending on how you're planning on arriving to Florence. BY TRAIN: A Casa di Olga is only a 10 minutes walk from S. Maria Novella rail station: leaving the platforms behind you, take the exit on the right and go down the steps. You’ll find yourself on Via Alamanni; keep going right until you reach the one and only set of lights on this road. Cross at these lights and enter Via Guido Monaco, which is a parallel road to Via delle Ghiacciaie. To get to Via delle Ghiacciaie simply take any of the connecting alleys on your right and then ring the bell at n°. 41! BY PLANE: from the Florence airport you can reach the apartments by taking the shuttle coach service to S. Maria Novella station; once there follow the above directions. The shuttle service starts at 5.51 at the airport and runs every 30 minutes until 23.26. The same service operates from the station to the airport. Alternatively you can take a taxi. BY CAR: if you are arriving to Florence with your own means of transportation you should take the exit ‘Firenze Nord’ and follow the signs for ‘Centro’ and ‘Stazione’.

Policies

Cancellations must be recieved 20 days prior to arrival day or cancellation charge of 30% of the entire stay will be applied. In case of no show total amount will be charged.
