The Client can withdraw freely from the contract up to 7 (seven) before the date of CHECK IN, by sending a written communication to THATSITALY. IT s.r.l., Via de' Serragli 8, 50124 Florence, with complete reimbursement of the payed amount. In case of the withdrawal request is communicated after the above-mentioned limit, THATSITALY. IT s.r.l. will have direct title to receive or retain the total rent due as in the “reservation voucher”, and engages to issue a voucher that will allow the Client to benefit from the residence at the same conditions in any date chosen by the Client within the following 5 years, except availability.
