10. The Client can withdraw freely from the contract up to 7 (seven) before the date of CHECK IN, by sending a written communication to THATSITALY. IT s.r.l. will have direct title to receive or retain the total rent due as in the “reservation voucher”, and engages to issue a voucher that will allow the Client to benefit from the residence at the same conditions in any date chosen by the Client within the following 5 years, except availability.
